An exercise physiologist is a university trained exercise professional that specialises in exercise programing for people with or at risk of series health conditions and or injuries.

Optimising movement patterns, strength exercises and stretching our exercise physiologists train your musculoskeletal system to perform correctly and adopt specific biomechanical patterns to allow pain free movement and lifestyle.

This can be useful for rehabilitation post injury or accident, pain free day to day living, return to exercise post time off (including post baby) or for performance enhancement.

  • Injury/surgery specific exercise rehab programs,

  • Injury/surgery specific return to work or sport programs,

  • Pain and disfunction control

  • Injury prevention,

  • Strength and conditioning for athletes

  • Nutrition etc

Group Exercise Physiology Class times:

 

Core (press 30mins)-

Monday: 7am, 1pm and 5:30pm

Tuesday 7am

Outdoor Fitness

Friday 7am and 9am

Bones and Balance 

Tuesday 10:30am

Friday 11:30am
