Pregnancy Exercise 

Small group exercise classes that are tailored to your needs throughout your pregnancy and prepare you body for pregnancy and being a mother. Our physiotherapists will guide you through a your program to have you feeling strong and confident before your baby is born. 

Individualised classes that are programmed so you get the most of your exercise at each stage of your pregnancy and improve energy, mood and comfort every step of the way.

  • Supervised by Physio and Exercise Physiologist

  • Individualised to meet your needs and goals

  • Tailored to each trimester of pregnancy

  • Core and Pelvic floor strengthening

  • Manage and Prevent pregnancy related pain and issues

  • Great way to meet other mums-to-be

  • Health fund rebates may apply (refer to your health fund for info)

Class times are:

Monday: 6pm

Saturday: 9:30am
